Eligibility
Home health services are reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance depending on the level of care and the individual’s insurance plan.
MEDICARE: Home Health services are 100 percent reimbursable when the patient meets homebound criteria and when a physician orders services requiring intermittent skilled nursing, physical therapy or speech therapy.
MEDICAID: Payment is determined by person's program eligibility.
PRIVATE INSURANCE: Wesley Homes At Home can assist in determining insurance coverage.
